We reserve the right for typing errors in prices. You will be informed about such case if it concerns your order.

Alle expenses from local customs are to be covered by you.
§2 Payment procedure
Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be drawn on the selected payment service.
The order will be delivered to the delivery address given in the order. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. It depends on the country at what time you will receive the order and the shipping method that has been chosen. The goods must be signed for upon receipt. Remember, it does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend or receptionist) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you.
§4 Separate deliveries/ Goods out of stock.
If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. You will be informed if some products are out of stock. In that case, you reserve the right to ship those products separately once back in stock. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
§5 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. If any of the products you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail.
The only valid form of placing an order is via our website.
All orders placed before 4:00 pm are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. In busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. We ship worldwide, you can find more information on the page: Deliveries and Returns. There are some certain situations where we reserve the right to cancel the order, without being liable for compensation or any other costs:
- Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order is placed for the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities.
- There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like.
§7 Language of the contract
The language of the contract is English.
§8 Measures against fraud
In order to protect you and our other customers against fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may carry out verification checks. The verification check may comprise the data that you send when ordering, including your address and payment information.
§9 CVV (Credit Card Verification Number)
If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's security code. You can find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the credit card's back. The security code is necessary for the payment to be processed and for maintaining a high level of security. There may also be other similar safeguards.
§10 If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)
You have the right to return your products within 14 days after delivery, which means after the moment you or any third party, except for the carrier, has received the package, or the moment the parcel was delivered to a carrier pick-up point selected by you at the time of ordering.
The only condition for proceeding the return of goods is in case if the goods have been delivered to our address in the same condition as you have received them, unused, with tags attached.
In order to execute the return, you must inform us about your decision by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
§11 Effects of Withdrawal
If you decide to return your goods, you will reimburse all expenses to you, including the shipping costs. The only condition of returning the costs of delivery is if you have chosen the one offered by us as the cheapest one, in any other scenario, the costs of the delivery will not be returned to you.
It takes approximately 14 days, without undue delay and in any event, from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will return the expenses to you using the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction unless you insist and express clearly that you wish to use another method.
The reimbursement will be withheld until the moment we physically receive and evaluate the condition of goods.
We will cover the costs of returning your product. Please, let us know that this is what you wish, and we will send you a prepaid label.
Please gather the products you wish to return in one package with this label attached.
If you wish to return several products from the same order within the 14-day period you will have to cover the costs of this yourself. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
§12 Non-conforming goods and incorrect goods
If your products are non-conforming or we have delivered incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com, and explain what happened, providing your order number and item numbers.
If you notice the non-conformity or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods. In case of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods, you can return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods.
Apati Aps reserves the right to reject complaints on products, which have not been handled correctly and according to instructions. Especially styles with sewn-on parts such as sequins, beads, studs, and buttons should be treated with care, which also includes knit- and silk items.

§13 Other matters
13.1. Updating the website
We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices of goods are incorrect.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.
13.3.The completeness of the contract
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete terms of the contract between us.
If one or more of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions are declared fully or partially invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.
We are entitled to assign our rights and obligations under the contract with you to third parties. The standard of the service you receive will not be impaired by the assignment. We will notify you of such possible assignment. By accepting these conditions you consent to any such future assignment. At the same time, you agree that from the time when we have given you notification of the assignment, your rights may be claimed only against the third party in question.
For you to enter an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Apati Aps and kept for five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The director of Apati Aps has access to the information recorded about you. The controller on www.apati.eu is Morten Graversen.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to www.apati.eu are not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties and we will not record any sensitive personal information. Only the information about the delivery address will be provided to shipment providers.
As registered with www.apati.eu, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. The Act of Privacy secures these rights and all inquiries must be directed to www.apati.eu via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute, which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
