§1 Is it possible to edit or cancel my order?
No, unfortunately, once you have received your order confirmation it is not possible to cancel or edit it.
§2 Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order and get your money back, if the product has not been used and it is in a perfect condition. Just send an email to email@example.com and inform us about your decision, we will also cover the expenses of the return.
§3 Can I exchange the products?
Yes, you don’t even need to explain why, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us about your decision, and we will help you proceed with the exchange explaining all the necessary steps.
§4 Do you inform me once you received my returned products?
Yes, we will send you an email confirmation. Keep in mind, it might take up to 10 business days to deliver the package, but we will inform you if you do not hear from us within 10 days, then please follow up at email@example.com.
§5 When do I get the amount refunded?
After the goods have been delivered to our office, we will inform you about it, and transfer the money to the same credit card that was used for the purchase at the first place, unless agreed otherwise. Keep in mind, that it might take up to 10 business days to transfer the money, depending on your bank account.
§6 When do you ship my order?
All orders placed before 16.00 am are shipped within 24 hours on the business days,

No, Apati Aps is not liable for any delays with the shipping or local customers, however, you can always contact us, and we will do our best to investigate the problem with the carrier.
